We set up our account so that we would have the cleaning rags picked up on Monday morning 10am and delivered back to us cleaned on Wednesday morning. 10am This is no longer happening. When I left at 5:30pm on Tuesday they weren't picked up yet. I had to go on a search because I thought the cleaning crew had thrown them all alway. We need to revisit this so that we can all be on the same page. When the person that launders the rags called she didn't seem to think it was a big deal since this isn't her regular job. Please let me know if I need to make other arrangements.
