Laundry Service in Irvine, CA

I was on leave when Ashley delivered our order. On return, I found out that some of our order was delivered wet, not folded properly and some tablecloths had dog hair on them. On 9 Jun, I contacted Ashley by text, and asked her to come by our office to discuss the issue. I would rather go straight to her first, rather than contact her management. She stated she would be out of town until 22 Jun and would contact me on return. After not hearing form her, I contacted her on 30 Jun to again remind her that we would like to discuss the issue of the order. She stated she was currently under the weather and that she was no longer employed by you due to long work hours, family illness and military move orders. Please give me a call to discuss options on this order. Thanks

Marjorie went above & beyond - not only was our laundry perfectly done, neatly folded, & delivered exactly as requested, she found & carefully returned my missing Loop earplugs that I’ve been searching everywhere for! I’m so grateful. We used this service since our washer is broken at the moment, but with service this great, we might be using it again even once our machine is fixed! Thanks so much, Marjorie. The pickup and delivery experience was smooth and convenient — that part worked great. The shirts were hung on nice hangers, covered by a protective plastic bag. Unfortunately, the ironing itself was a real disappointment. I really HATE to complain, but all 10 shirts came back barely pressed at all; not to a standard I'd feel comfortable wearing without touching them up myself first. The collars and plackets were not even pressed straight. If worn as received, it would look like we just rolled out of bed. For a service centered on saving time, it ended up creating more work rather than less, as I now have to touch up every shirt I just paid to have pressed. I really wanted this to work out, and I'll likely try the other provider in my area before writing off the service entirely. But based on this experience, unfortunately I can't recommend Push Laundry for ironing until the quality improves significantly.
